Last post for 2010, I found some color photocopies from Lilo & Stitch Vis-Dev I did, now almost 10 years ago,

This is the design by Paul Felix and 2 of my postcard size color keys below.

At this point Paul Felix took a look and did his take on the location producing this beautiful sun-trenched watercolor, attached is another layout drawing by Paul.

With this key I'm trying to work out all issues. The problem is that you don't want to totally
burn out everything that's outside the window but show defined shapes and colors.


This is the final painting that addressed all the notes, but when going into production it was decided that we need color on the walls because white is a hard color to hold and keep looking white in color timing.

This is the color BG design of the mad scientist laboratory. I kept it in the grays so the students have more freedom with the character colors.

Back in the 80's I painted backgrounds for a half hour film for TV, "The Steadfast Tin Soldier" it was animated in Ottawa.
